AT LAST, THE DVD
calling all brigadiers

The Dresden Dolls will be shooting their first live DVD June 5, 2005, at
the Paradise Rock Club in boston. We need you to make it beautiful. We
want to see the best of the best of what the brigade can do and we have
very little time to prepare, so we're counting on your guys to use your
imaginations, let shit rip, come up with new ideas, make it big, and help
us create the most gorgeous and crazy live music DVD known to man. This
DVD is going to get printed and sold in the tens of thousands (or more)
all over the globe.

The deal: The show is FREE and tickets will go to the public next week.
Brigade folks get first grabs at the tickets, and we have set aside a huge handful just for you, so no pushin’ and shovin’, dig?. Please email Casey

so that he can get the list going.
There will be many cameras everywhere and you must sign a release and be
comfortable with being filmed at all times. You will need to get to the
paradise EARLY that day (probably around 4 or 5) to attend a meeting with

the director. we will do a potluck dinner in the front room.

The whole DVD is being directed by the amazing Michael Pope (the same
genius who produced and directed Girl A and Coin-Op videos) so you MUST be
willing to take direction from him and take it seriously and quickly. We
ain't fuckin' around here. What he says goes that night.

Casey (love love love) will be in town and will be co-ordinating you guys
closely to make sure you all have what you need in terms of space, water,
light, etc. We are actually hiring a lighting designer JUST for the
brigade, ayayayayay!!!!

Also: We need people to help us load out after the show, and return rentals
the next morning. If you have a burning desire to lift things in the name
of art, please let Casey know.

We will be taking over THE ENTIRE CLUB (front room included) and are
trying to make the front room a private dressing/chillout room and bar for

all of you.
