So everyone here has performed in the brigade or at least aspires to.

Outside of that, what kind of performance do you do? What kind of projects are you working on? What would you like to be doing?

discuss!

Emilie and I considered starting to statue next summer. But fuck I'll have to practice hard!! Seems like a very difficult thing to do and you know me, I'm such a jerk I can't stand still at all. :D But we're inspired!

I'd also love to start theatre because I've never done that before and I'm sure I'd love it. I wanna do tons of things! Learn how to juggle (because I can't really do it properly now) and walk on stilts and blow fire and..... dance. Belly-dance, tango, waltz, tapdance and the CANCAN of course!! Sooo many things... *sigh* :)

Apart from this people from the board know that I'm singing in Katzenjammer Kabarett. Not to pull my "me myself & I" minute out again but hey I'm curious about the replies so I started to discuss hoping the lovely dollheads in here will follow my example. ^_^

That's another reason why I'm always so eager to go to the next Dolls show, because it lifts up spirits of people, and the Brigadiers have wonderful moments brainstorming and sharing their ideas and creativity. Love that. I'm going to 4 shows of the French tour if you count the past one at la Boule Noire (where Emilie and I dressed up as Moulin Rouge little darlings and gave away flowers to the audience at the door... Pix coming soon!), and I'm planing on preparing something different for all of these. Yeehaww!!

And not to be a dork again, but I consider my daily routine as one big show if I may express it this way. Tonight as I was in the tube on my way back home I was asked "to what sort of fancy-dress party I was going to, all dressed up like that". Again. :P

My main performance outlet is a troupe I cofounded called "Cosmic Spelunker Theater" with my mime teacher. We tend to incorporate masks, poetry and storytelling into our shows as well. We're in the early stages of developing a new show, but still looking around for venues to perform "Waltzing to War", a show we developed last year: www.providencephoenix.com/theat...13.asp

I'm currently working on learning a very technically demanding piece that my teacher choreographed about 20 years ago; trying to expand my own career as a teacher (I'm giving mime classes both for adults as well as for kids at an afterschool circus arts program) and also looking to find more traditional theatre work.

That and doing a lot of writing...

We (Angle-Cew) do mainly nice hornest Servicec on Psytrance Events. If organzier think of spezial Care Jobs for thier Workers & Artists for example, we did in the Protugal Boom Festival 2004, the night Angel team, we got bikes and our job was it to take care of all the workers and secutity (in 12h shifts for all!) So we had to talk to them (so they do not feel lost) bring them Water & Food, an took care about all kinds of litte joobs during the nidht, like geting new charges.... the Festival was on a huge ground, so we got bikes to drive through the almiodt 20 000 People Festival, also we pick up Artits from the Aitport and bring them to hotel, as well we manage bars e.t.c. OUr Philosophy: To be honest, share good mood, and make good work. Work for good mood, cause is the stuff happy - the guest will feel it, an be happier :-) Sharing Love, Smiles, Words and Motivation....

      :-)
